My order was delivered, but I don't have it and can't find it.

We find that most of the time that your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. Please double-check those places and with your household first, and if you still have trouble, please contact us at support@underx.com.

Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of your noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred. We're unable to help past the 7-day mark, and all issues should be reported to the carrier directly at that point.
