How do I change my address on my subscription?
1) Log in and click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account, create an account with the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected.
2) Once you're logged in, click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS
3) Next to your subscription product, click on EDIT
4) Click on your shipping address under your product details, and enter your new shipping information. Click on UPDATE when you're finished. Repeat this process for any items within your subscription.
PLEASE NOTE - Edits to your shipping address must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Underx is not responsible for lost or missing shipments if your subscription address was not updated in time. Please contact us immediately if your order processed with the former/old shipping address. We cannot guarantee a change in address but will do our best to accommodate your request.
