What is your subscription policy?

Underx provides Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incurs a flat $10 shipping charge. 

Orders placed before 4 pm will ship that same day. Orders placed after the cut off time of 4 pm, on Holidays, or over the weekend will ship next business day including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Delivery Times:

  • Shipping is via major US carrier ground and generally arrives in 1-5 business days. 
  • 1-5 business day delivery to 93% of the Continental U.S.
  • Rural areas arrive in 1-10 business days.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may take up to 3 weeks.
  • No Shipping outside the United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping to all addresses in the continental United States is Free.
  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee. 

Delays in Shipping

  • In the rare instance that your shipment is delayed you will be informed of the delay and be provided an estimated shipping date.
